Akio “Jimmy” Sakurai has dedicated the past 40 years of his life to studying the music of Mr. Jimmy Page and Led Zeppelin.
Currently the touring guitarist in Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening, Sakurai’s attention to detail and passionate playing has gained fans around the world. His own band is notably termed a “revival band” and not a tribute band, because of the high level of their musicianship and fidelity to the original band.
