The Carpenters Tribute Concert: A Christmas Portrait, starring Sally Olson as Karen Carpenter and Ned Mills as Richard Carpenter, takes the audience on a trip down memory lane to an old-fashioned Christmas, complete with frosted window panes, candles gleaming inside and painted candy canes on the tree.
This show recreates the nostalgia of the Carpenters’ 1977 and 1978 Christmas TV specials, complete with all of the holiday songs you love, in addition to the silly and endearing humor that will make you feel like a kid again! The show features the holiday classics “Merry Christmas, Darling,” “Sleigh Ride,” “Christmas Waltz,” “It’s Christmas Time,” “The Christmas Song” and much more, including some of the Carpenters’ greatest hits.
