In celebration of Filipino American Heritage in October, The Space – a leading-edge event and arts complex – was transformed to host a vibrant festival and night market with best-in-class Filipino food and entertainment.
The Space & Time Filipino Night Market featured a sold-out crowd of hundreds who enjoyed diverse Filipino cuisine, learned about Filipino traditions, and celebrated Filipino-American history. Attendees traveled back in time to rediscover the birth of Filipino cuisine on the thousands-island archipelago with a carefully curated tasting menu and a specialty cocktail bar inspired by the history of the Philippines.
Featured vendors in our one-of-a-kind events venue included Milkfish Bakeshop, Tasteful Affairs, Café de Manila, Kuya’s Manila BBQ and Istorya. The affair also brought the best of old-school and up-and-coming Filipino and Filipino-American music, with headliners Larrenwong, Innerlude, Chels Fuego and Nievera performing, as well as local artists and dance groups from the Vegas Strip and beyond.
VIP guests including Steve Sisolak (former Nevada Governor), Congresswoman Dina Titus and Representative Susie Lee helped to commemorate this cultural milestone in our top-of-the-line venue.
Space & Time: Filipino Night Market was presented in association with Marshun Entertainment, ABS-CBN, One Down, Kumu, Sendwave, Philippine Times of Southern Nevada, The Fil-Am American Post, FilAM TV Network, Kasama Rum, CMC Boutique, Miss Fabulous Pageants, and NaFFAA-Nevada.
