Lexi Winslow is a bright, sweet, funny little 4 year old, who is in for a tough battle in her quest to walk for the first time. Lexi was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at 6 months old and is unable to speak, crawl, sit unassisted or walk. Luck-ily, advances in medicine may give Lexi the quality of life she hasn’t had, and give the Winslow family a chance to see their little girl walk into her first day of Kindergarten. Lexi is a candidate for SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy) which is a surgery that will eliminate the spasticity in her body and give her relief, as well as the ability to control her muscles and body. The challenge is, this surgery with all of the physical therapy and travel could end up costing around $100,000. Help us support Lexi with her journey!
